The JTEC-VF series is a highly modular and customizable electric chain hoist with a robust hook suspension design, engineered to meet diverse industrial lifting needs. With a lifting capacity ranging from 250 kg to 5000 kg and a lifting height of up to 200 meters, the JTEC-VF hoist is capable of handling a wide variety of heavy-duty material handling challenges. Its modular construction not only allows for easy customization according to specific requirements—such as different voltages, lifting speeds, or control options—but also ensures simple and cost-effective maintenance and repair.

The hoist operates on a standard 380V, 3-phase, 50 Hz power supply, with optional single or dual lifting speeds ranging from 2 to 32 m/min. Key features include a durable DIN-standard load chain, FEM-rated construction (1Bm to 4m, equivalent to ISO M3 to M7), IP55 protection, Class F insulation, and a standard 24VAC heavy-duty limit switch with an electromagnetic safety brake-clutch system for safe and reliable operation. Additionally, a variety of manual or electric trolley/bogie options are available to suit different types of I-beam tracks.
